This week on I'm Fine, Seryn talks to Belinda who describes her experience learning how to manage her mental health, not wanting to get help, and joining what she described as the 'zoloft cult' that actually turned out to be a game changer. Belinda also speaks about losing her good friend Jack to suicide and the rollercoaster of emotions that came with that.
